Various commitments requiring original signature
Biographical affidavits
Fingerprint cards when required to be made in hard copy
Process of Service on superintendent
Various executed Holding Company Agreements
It should be noted that draft electronic copies of these types of documents may be submitted with the filing for review, however the electronic submission of these documents does not relieve the filer of the requirement to provide hard copies.
